1. Purpose of the class

Improving Hand-Eye Coordination, Reaction Time, and Focus. The research on cup stacking has proven to improve performance in the classroom by engaging both sides of the brain and crossing the midline.

2. Objectives of the class

Students will learn how to up-stack and down-stack competitive patterns that are used the World Championship competitions. Students will learn the correct technique and increase their speeds. There will be games and competitions amongst the student group. Students will set goals and work to achieve those goals throughout the ASA session.

3. Skills learned

Students will learn the competitive patterns of cup stacking: 3-3-3, 3-6-3, 1-10-1, and the Cycle.

1. Purpose of the class

Basic tennis skills and knowledge of the game
PJ Tennis is a focused tennis program to develop tennis skills movement and hand/eye co-ordination. Our program is an interactive tennis program developed by Paradorn Srichaphan - ATP Singles #9 and Jed Gould - Australian #1 Junior player and is the start of a tennis pathway from a school tennis player to an elite tennis player.

2. Objectives of the class

For the program as we move forward with our schools we continue to divide the students according to their tennis ability. Those who are showing a greater improvement and focus to classes are offered progressive programs and are challenged each week. For those needing a little more assistance we make sure they are confident before we start to offer them new challenges.

This course will focus on giving students who know how to swim (can swim more than 25 meters using swimming strokes (Delete)) an opportunity to improve their techniques, build on their skills, train for fitness and enjoyment.
