Friday 24th July saw many students from the summer program heading to Buu Long Park, in Dong Nai Province. The day began misty and rainy but as soon as we left the confines of the city we were lucky enough to be greeted by glorious sunshine, which lasted all day.

Buu Long Park is an Activity Centre situated to the north of Ho Chi Minh City. Originally, the park was a granite open-air cave, but it is now filled with water from the nearby Dong Nai River. Rocks emerge from the water, like small islands, overlooked by a 40 meter cliff that offers a spectacular view of the lush green Park and the surrounding countryside. Small paths meander their way through the park, allowing students to enjoy a light trek to the centre of the activities.
