The American International School (AIS) is proud to present our next event in this unforgettable theatrical season, the “One-Act Play Festival: Charity Concert and Art Exhibition,” performed and produced entirely by our talented students. This special program will showcase the creative accomplishments, performing potentials and unlimited artistic endeavors of AIS students in many areas of musical, visual and performing arts.
The collection of five one-act plays presented at the festival is a unique mix of famous dramas and comedies. The concert part consists of performances by our talented student actors, who are the winners of a school-wide talent contest to find the most talented musical and dance performers in the school. Additionally, a gallery of artwork created by students in AIS art classes and clubs will be displayed at the entrance hall of the theatre for your own exploration.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students in the AIS Ambassadors Club to raise precious funds for their local charitable activities by selling refreshments and drinks during intermissions. The proceeds from these food and drink sales and a part of ticket sales will be donated to Ngai Giao Orphanage School in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.
