Parents and AIS Friends/Family:
In conjunction with the Middle School Talent Show this Sunday, January 24, students will be collecting donations for the Haiti Earthquake Relief Fund. Contributors can participate in a 50/50 raffle in which the winning ticket splits the collection with the charity, CARE. Or, for those who choose not to participate in the raffle but wish only to donate, a collection box will be available in which 100% of the proceeds go directly to the organization.
Tickets can be purchased on Sunday for 10,000VND each at the donation table in the entrance to the Opera House. Amount collected will be announced at the conclusion of the Talent Show as well as the lucky winner of the 50/50 fundraiser.
If a donation is not possible, please speak with your child about this tragedy. Awareness is the first step toward compassion.
